Start an Order

Please follow the steps below to make sure we have everything to start your order. If we are not doing your design, be sure that your designer has downloaded the correct templates and has followed our design specs.

We highly recommend that you explore our FAQs - you'll find tons of information about licensing, IPR, copyrights, and lots more. You can also contact us with any questions - we're happy to help!

Choose a Product:

CD & DVD Replication

CD & DVD Replication

  • 1. Choose your configuration and:
    • a. if you are providing artwork, download the correct templates.
    • b. if we are designing your artwork, download the design order form.
  • 2. Submit your master:
    • a. If you don't have a mastering or authoring engineer, prepare your master according to our mastering specs.
    • b. If we are authoring your DVD, submit your video and graphic files on disc or via our upload service.
  • 3. Download the new order form or reorder form.
  • 4. Upload art files if you are providing them (new order only).
  • 5. Submit materials to address on order form. All Done!

  • 1. Choose your Fast Tracks configuration and:
    • a. if you are providing artwork, download the correct templates.
    • b. if we are designing your artwork, download the design order form.
  • 2. Start Your Project to upload your art, upload your music and complete your order. All Done!

  • 1. Choose your configuration and:
    • a. if you are providing artwork, download the correct templates.
    • b. if we are designing your artwork, download the design order form.
  • 2. If you don't have a mastering or authoring engineer, prepare your master according to our mastering specs.
  • 3. Download and fill out the vinyl order form.
  • 4. Upload art files if you are providing them (new order only).
  • 5. Submit materials to address on order form. All Done!

For short-run, quick-turn, self service posters, visit our Fast Tracks site to download your templates, upload your art and place your order.

If ordering at the same time as your replication or vinyl order, use the forms above.
